How to Treat Cellulite

Posted by Edge

Cellulite, also known as subcutaneous fat, is a type of fat that exists beneath the skin. It is caused by structural changes in connective tissue and can occur anywhere in the body. Although cellulite is common, it is often considered unsightly, particularly around the thighs and buttocks.

Cellulite can make you feel self-conscious and make it difficult to wear certain types of clothing. Fortunately, there are ways to prevent and treat this condition, allowing you to resume wearing your favorite outfits!

  • Exercise: In order to get rid of cellulite, you need to exercise. The best type of exercise for this is cardio-vascular activity (like running or swimming). You can also use weights in order to tone your body and reduce the amount of fat on your thighs.
  • Laser therapy: This option uses lasers that break down the fat underneath the skin in order to remove it. This process takes several sessions but is not painful at all, although some patients report feeling a little heat during each session.
  • Cellulite creams and lotions: These products may help make your skin smoother by improving its texture as well as increasing blood flow beneath your skin (which helps promote new collagen production). However, they are most effective when used alongside other treatments such as massage techniques or exercises since they don't target the root cause of cellulite itself - which means they aren't always an ideal solution on their own!
A cellulite and body cleansing oil that addresses the cellulite and stimulates circulation.

Features and Benefits:

  • Helps combat the build-up of toxins caused by poor diet, stress, and lack of exercise
  • Helps to boost a sluggish system, excellent for lethargy
  • Can help with constipation by rubbing into the tummy and lower back area
  • Quickly penetrating, leaves the skin satin soft and smooth

*How to use: Use daily after a shower or bath. Best applied in the morning or early evening, before 7 pm. Pour a small amount into the palms and rub gently over problem areas, such as the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs.

An anti-cellulite body cream designed to firm, moisturize and exfoliate the skin.
*How to use: For maximum effectiveness, apply on clean and dry skin. Apply by massaging gently in circular movements until completely absorbed to facilitate penetration. Do not massage vigorously. Do not apply immediately after bathing, shaving, or on irritated skin.

A powerful firming and toning body emulsion that shields skin structures with anti-radicular action makes the body skin appears firmer suppler sleeker more flexible and better toned.

*How to use: Apply it in the morning and in the evening in massage to firm thighs, hips, belly, and bust.

A multipurpose firming moisturizer that offers effective peptides to tone, smooth, and tighten your body, reducing the appearance of cellulite.
*How to use: Massage onto the entire body daily or as needed.

  • Cellulite massages: Massages can help improve circulation in certain areas of your body (such as the buttocks) so that there will be better nutrient delivery from within those regions where nutrients are needed most often due to lifestyle choices like sitting down too much throughout the day which results in loss of muscle tone without adequate nutrition intake; however even if someone does everything right then still won't see results until after about 6 months time span due mainly because collagen needs time to relax before forming new bonds with existing ones; so even though massage isn't going anywhere any time soon it doesn't mean there won't ever be another breakthrough either!

This easily absorbed and non-oily gel contains caffeine, algae, plant extracts, and oils. It improves the skin's tone and texture, reduces the look of cellulite, and optimizes the body's contour. After the first application, the skin immediately feels smoother and suppler.
*How to use: Apply the gel twice daily, during the morning and evening, onto the problematic areas and gently massage it in.

A body gel that even out the skin tone and texture and maintains a healthy micro-circulation.
*How to use: Massage a generous squeeze of this aromatherapeutic gel over the skin daily. Its stimulating oils make it an ideal pep before a busy day or evening and the perfect in-flight companion. You can also spot apply it to areas of cellulite or fluid retention.

A gel cream that burns and prevents the accumulation of subcutaneous fat. Its unique formula, highly concentrated in encapsulated caffeine, acts at the heart of the adipose tissue to effectively combat cellulite and the “orange-peel” effect.
*How to use: Apply to cleansed and dry skin and massage in circular motions until completely absorbed. Apply more frequently as needed.

Conclusion

It's important to remember that cellulite treatments are not perfect, and they won't work for everyone. But they can be an effective part of an overall plan to improve your body confidence and health. When you're ready to try a treatment, it's important to find one that works for your body type and lifestyle.
