Nattokinase has fibrinolytic activity – it degrades a substance in our blood called fibrin. This is how it is able to support our overall cardiovascular health. Each capsule contains 100 mg of this powerful enzyme, equivalent to 2,000 Fibrinolytic Units. RECOMMENDED DOSE:
Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily, preferably before bedtime.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
CAUTIONS:
Do not use if you 1) are pregnant or breastfeeding 2) are taking health products that affect blood coagulation 3) have a bleeding disorder.
