For many years Ive had cracked heels that has caused me much discomfort. In summer, the problem becomes worse and I havent been able to wear open footwear as my cracked heels would get worse. I tried many different products but nothing seemed to work until I tried BENCOOLEN Virgin Coconut Oil Cracked Heel Repair Cream. Now I can wear my favourite pair of sandals for my summer walks. For those affected like me, I hope this helps.

Two words: German Nivea cream.
NOT the NA stuff, straight from Germany.
This cream cures it all.. it's comparable to La Mer. I use it on my feet, elbows, body, and face! It's wonderful!

I exfoliate my feet with a foot file and then moisturize.

DDF PediCream.

This stuff has 18% glycolic acid in it - it moisturizes and exfoliates extremely well.

I would soak my feet for 5 mins, use a foot scrubber, and then put this stuff on - my feet were like newborn babies feet.

Also, you could try the Ped-Egg - I picked one up recently at Linens and Things - this is for use on dry feet and it will remove many layers of dead skin in seconds.

Another option is the diamancel foot file (#20 for very rough feet).

The trick with feet is to keep on them - a weekly routine should keep them in fine shape.

Have you tried the natural goat milk soap products? I dunno if there's one standard line or what not, but basically, it's all natural, made of goat milk, in a bar soap form. Just a bit of water, lather up the soap until the texture becomes a lotion/cream form, then apply that to your skin. It totally helped my hands, I have eczema.

Footlogix Cracked Heel Formula. Your feet do not absorb oil based products and thats where Footlogix works as it is water based to absorb into your feet. Use twice a day if possible and you will notice a difference in two weeks.

I don't put on any cream for my heels and my heels are super soft and smooth... the secret is socks. I know this isn't helpful since most people do enjoy wearing sandals in the summer or whenever, however, from my experience socks is the only thing that can really help fix cracked heels.

I use Flexitol's Heel Balm, and it works amazing! This one actually has DIN (drug identification number), so it's not a foot scrub/lotion, it's a medicated product. I bought it at the pharmacy section in save on foods. It's over the counter drug, so no prescription required.
But Bencoolen sounds very good too! I would love to try it!

I think you should exfoliate your heels on a regular basis and use a rich hand cream. Try Kiehl's Hand Salve. It's not as expensive as Jurlique's.
